Which platforms can I connect to Voxpanda?

Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Bluesky. Each platform has its own connection guide in this help center.

Who can connect accounts and see billing?

Workspace owners and admins. Editors, approvers and viewers cannot connect channels or open Billing.

Automate and connect

Connect your channels

Every channel is connected from Brands, then your brand, then Channels. Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect a channel.

Connect an Instagram account and one or more Facebook Pages: connect Instagram and Facebook.

Still stuck

Most connection problems come from an expired token. The channel then shows reconnect needed, and Reconnect on the brand page fixes it. If that does not help, write to support with your workspace name and the platform involved. The connection error text shown in the app helps us find the cause faster.
