Billing, trials and Voxpanda Credits
Voxpanda starts with a 3-day free trial without a card, then a 7-day paid trial that is taken off your first invoice, and paid plans in USD or IDR. Work beyond the monthly quota of the AI social media manager uses Voxpanda Credits. Only owners and admins can open Billing.
Trials
- Free trial, 3 days. No card. One brand, one user, smaller quotas, and outbound comments off. One free trial per email, per connected social account and per WhatsApp number.
- Paid trial, 7 days. Every Starter feature for $7 or Rp99.000. In Billing, select Pay $7 by card or Bayar Rp99.000 (QRIS). The fee is credited to your first invoice if you subscribe before the trial ends.
You get an email the day before the free trial ends and 2 days before the paid trial ends. Plan prices and quotas are on the pricing page.
Paying in USD or IDR
The billing currency is set when you create the workspace.
- USD: pay by card or PayPal on the checkout page. The plan renews automatically each period. If a payment fails, update the payment method within 3 days.
- IDR: pay by QRIS with any bank or e-wallet app that supports QRIS. There is no automatic charge. You get a new invoice for each period by email and WhatsApp. A QRIS fee of 0.7% + Rp300 is added on top of the plan price and shown before you pay.
To subscribe, open Billing, pick Monthly or Annual (2 months free) in Plans, and select Choose on a plan. For IDR, scan the QRIS code (or select Open payment page on a phone). The page updates by itself once the payment arrives. If the QR expires, select Get a new QR. To stop renewing, select Cancel subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Voxpanda Credits
Credits are a prepaid balance for each workspace. They pay for X posts, HD images and AI work beyond your monthly quota.
- Bonus credits come with each paid plan every month. They are used first and expire at the end of the month.
- Purchased credits come in packs of 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 under Buy credits. They last 12 months.

Monthly quota and the 80% warning
Each plan has monthly quotas for AI images, AI texts, AI replies, sentiment checks and WhatsApp messages. Quotas reset on the first day of each month (UTC). Rendering one of the post templates without an AI image does not use quota.
When any quota reaches 80%, owners and admins get an email, and the app shows a banner with See usage.
What pauses when a quota runs out
- AI images, AI texts and AI replies continue with Voxpanda Credits. With no credits left, they stop until next month and the app shows Monthly quota used up. Buy credits or wait for next month.
- Sentiment checks cannot be extended with credits. When they run out, new comments and DMs are not checked, so AI replies to comments and DMs and WhatsApp questions stop for them until next month. You can still answer them in Inbox.
- Scheduled posts keep publishing. X posts still need credits.
Questions
Is the 7-day trial fee refunded if I subscribe?
It is credited in full to your first invoice, if you subscribe before the 7-day trial ends. Any plan and period counts.
Do IDR plans renew automatically?
No. QRIS payments cannot be charged automatically, so you get a new invoice for each period by email and WhatsApp.
Which credits are used first?
Monthly bonus credits are used first. They expire at the end of the month. Purchased credits are used after that and last 12 months.
Do scheduled posts stop when my quota runs out?
No. Scheduled posts keep publishing. Only AI work and X posts depend on quota and credits.
