Voxpanda features

Voxpanda is an AI social media manager that runs a brand’s accounts end to end: it makes the post, writes the caption, publishes on schedule, replies to comments and DMs from the brand’s own sources, and messages the owner on WhatsApp only when it needs a human. Post generator

The post generator makes ready-to-post images from 40 brand templates: single posts, carousels up to 10 slides, story covers and thumbnails. Text is set by the template, not by an image model. Every render is checked for text overflow and a minimum contrast of 4.5:1, and the brand kit can be pulled from your website.

Hook bank

The hook bank holds 1,200 hooks in 11 types, in English and Indonesian. Seven days after a post is published, Voxpanda compares its engagement with your brand’s average and updates the hook’s score. Each hook is labeled New, Not enough data, or Tested, with a result above, near or below your average.

Captions

One content idea becomes a separate caption for each platform, within that platform’s limit: 2,200 characters on Instagram, 500 per post on Threads, 280 on X for non-Premium accounts. A caption over the limit is shortened once, then flagged. Your approved captions teach the AI your brand voice.

Scheduler

Posts are scheduled per channel in one calendar. Best times come from your own engagement once a channel has 30 posts with data, and from platform defaults before that. A weekly plan arrives on WhatsApp every Sunday, and you approve or reject posts by reply. Retries do not create duplicate posts.

Auto-reply to comments and DMs

Voxpanda replies to comments and DMs only when the answer is in your brand’s sources. Sources are your brand profile, your knowledge base and answers you saved earlier. Replies follow platform rules: Instagram DMs within 24 hours, Instagram private replies within 7 days of a comment, no DMs on Threads, no AI replies on LinkedIn.

WhatsApp alerts

Questions the AI cannot answer go to the owner’s WhatsApp with a 4-character code. Reply with the code and your answer, and Voxpanda posts it on the original platform. The same number delivers the daily digest, crisis alerts and commands such as APPROVE, PAUSE and REPORT. Messages start only after you opt in with START.

• Visitor sentiment. Every comment, DM and mention gets a label (positive, neutral, negative or critical), an emotion and an intent. A dashboard shows 30-day trends and the topics with the most negative messages.
• Outbound engagement. Comments on other people’s posts, within each platform’s rules: automatic on Threads, only on posts that mention the brand on Instagram, one approval per action on YouTube and Bluesky, none on LinkedIn. Available on Pro and Agency.
