People who want their data removed from a brand that uses Voxpanda should contact that brand first. If you cannot reach the brand, email privacy@voxpanda.com with the brand name, the platform, your username, and a link or screenshot of the message. Every option is listed in the data deletion instructions.
WhatsApp messages from Voxpanda
Brand owners who opted in receive escalations and reminders from a Voxpanda WhatsApp number. Reply STOP to that number to end all messages. Use email for support questions. How owner alerts work is described on the WhatsApp alerts page.

Where do I send a data deletion request?
Email privacy@voxpanda.com from your account email, or delete the workspace in Settings. Workspace data is deleted from live systems within 30 days.
Can I stop WhatsApp messages from Voxpanda?
Yes. Reply STOP to the Voxpanda WhatsApp number and all messages stop. Important alerts are also shown in the app and sent by email.
