Do I need a card to start?

No. The first 3 days are free without a card. After that you can start a 7-day trial for $7 or Rp99.000, taken off your first invoice.

Can I skip a setup step and finish it later?

Yes. The Look and WhatsApp steps have Skip buttons. Setup is saved on the server, so you can continue later, also from another device.

Does Voxpanda publish without my approval?

Not unless you choose it. Autonomy L1 waits for your approval on every post, and L2 publishes the weekly plan unless you reject a post before the deadline.

What does the Look step read from my website?

Colors, fonts and the logo. Templates use them automatically. If no PNG, JPEG or WebP logo is found, you can upload one in Studio.

Getting started with Voxpanda: setup and first post

To start with Voxpanda, create an account, confirm your email, finish 4 short setup steps, connect a channel and schedule your first post. Setup takes a few minutes. After that the AI social media manager can draft a full week of posts for you.

Create your account

Open the sign-up page and fill in Your name, Work email, Password (at least 10 characters) and Language. You can also choose Sign up with Google.
Select Create account.
Open the confirmation email and select the link. It works for 24 hours.
Sign in.

Finish the 4 setup steps

The Welcome screen shows your progress: Workspace, Brand, Look, WhatsApp.

Workspace. Enter a Workspace name, usually your business or agency name. Pick a Billing currency: USD (card, PayPal) or IDR (QRIS). Select Continue.
Brand. Enter the Brand name and pick the Main language (English or Bahasa Indonesia). Select Create brand. The time zone comes from your browser. You can change it later in the brand settings.
Look. Enter Your website and select Read website. Voxpanda reads your colors, fonts and logo. Select Use this look, or Skip and do it later under Brand kit.
WhatsApp. Enter your WhatsApp number in international format and select Get code. Send START and the code to Voxpanda on WhatsApp within 30 minutes. The page continues by itself. The WhatsApp setup guide explains the replies and commands.

When WhatsApp is connected, select Go to my calendar. You can also select Skip for now.

Connect a channel

Open Brands, select your brand, and find Channels. Under Connect an account, select a platform and approve the permissions on the platform’s own page. Each platform has its own steps, starting with connecting Instagram and Facebook.

Schedule your first post

Select New post in the top bar, or Create a post in the calendar.
Add an image with Make one in Studio, or upload a video (max 500 MB).
Describe the post in Brief.
Select Write captions with AI. Voxpanda writes one caption per channel, checked against each platform’s limit, as described on the AI caption writer page.
Tick the channels, set the publish time, and select Schedule.

TikTok posts also need a privacy choice and your consent on each post.

Turn on the weekly plan

Open Brands and select your brand.
Tick Weekly plan: every Sunday 18:00 the AI drafts next week’s posts and sends them to you.
Set Posts per week (1 to 21) and Autonomy, then select Save.
Open Plan to review the week. Select Approve all, or Replace this post for any post you do not want.

To try it right away, select Draft next week now on the Plan page. The plan also arrives on WhatsApp, where you can reply APPROVE. The post scheduler then publishes at the planned times.
