Social media scheduler with best times per channel
Voxpanda schedules each post per channel, suggests the best time to post from your own engagement history, and sends you a weekly plan that you approve or change from WhatsApp. The scheduler is part of Voxpanda, an AI social media manager that publishes only through each platform’s official API.
One calendar, one schedule per channel
All posts sit in one calendar with month, week and kanban views. One post creates a separate scheduled item for each channel, so you can move the Instagram time without changing the Threads time or the content.
All times are stored in UTC and shown in your brand’s time zone.
Best time to post
Voxpanda suggests time slots from your brand’s own engagement, by hour and day, in your brand’s time zone.
- A channel with 30 or more posts with engagement data gets suggestions from your history.
- A channel with fewer posts uses default times for that platform.
- Suggestions are made separately for each channel.
Each post in the plan opens with a line from the hook bank with per-brand scores, chosen by performance score.
Weekly plan
Every Sunday at 18:00 in your brand’s time zone, the AI builds next week’s plan. It picks hooks, makes the images and captions, and sends a summary with a preview link to your WhatsApp.
What happens next depends on your autopilot level:
| Level | Weekly plan |
|---|---|
| L0 Manual | the AI only suggests posts |
| L1 Approve first | posts are published after you approve them |
| L2 Limited autopilot | posts are published unless you reject them within 12 hours |
| L3 Full autopilot | posts are published unless you reject them within 2 hours |
New brands start at L1.
Approve or reject from WhatsApp
Reply to the plan message from your phone:
APPROVEapproves this week’s plan.REJECT 3rejects post number 3, and the AI makes a replacement.PAUSEstops all publishing for the brand, andRESUMEstarts it again.
The full list of commands is on the page about WhatsApp alerts and commands.
Recurring weekly queue
You can set weekly slots per channel, for example Monday, Wednesday and Friday at fixed times. On L2 and L3, Voxpanda fills these slots automatically from the content plan.
Retries without duplicate posts
A failed or delayed publish is retried without creating a second copy of the post.
- A problem on one platform does not stop the other platforms.
- An Instagram media container expires after 24 hours. If a job is delayed longer than that, Voxpanda creates a new container.
- If your AI quota and Voxpanda Credits run out, AI features stop until the next month. Scheduled posts are still published.
The release targets are: 95% of posts reach the platform API within 60 seconds of the scheduled time, and zero duplicate posts across 1,000 retried jobs.
Platform rules
- Facebook Page: posts can be scheduled from 10 minutes to 30 days ahead.
- Instagram: 100 API-published posts per 24 hours in the docs, 50 in the carousel section. Voxpanda plans for 50.
- TikTok: you choose the privacy setting for each post, see the TikTok account name and avatar, and confirm before it posts, as TikTok’s Content Sharing Guidelines require. TikTok posts never run on L3.
- YouTube: uploads use a separate bucket of 100 per day per project.
Every limit above was checked against official documentation on 13 October 2026. The full list is in social media API limits.

Questions
How does Voxpanda pick the best time to post?
It reads your brand's engagement history by hour and day, in your brand's time zone. Until a channel has 30 posts with data, it uses default times for that platform.
Does Voxpanda publish without my approval?
No, not by default. New brands start at level L1, where a post is published only after you approve it. On higher autopilot levels, the weekly plan publishes unless you reject a post in time.
Can I approve the weekly plan from WhatsApp?
Yes. Reply APPROVE to approve the plan, or REJECT followed by a post number to replace one post.
Can a retry publish the same post twice?
No. Voxpanda is built so a retried publish job does not create a duplicate post, and the release test requires zero duplicates across 1,000 retried jobs.
Is Voxpanda just a scheduling tool?
No. Scheduling is one part. Voxpanda is an AI social media manager that also makes the images and captions and replies to comments and DMs.
