AI social media post generator with brand templates
Voxpanda generates ready-to-post images from brand templates: you give a topic, it picks a hook, fills the template slots with text, adds a background, and checks that the text fits and is readable. The post generator is the content step of Voxpanda, an AI social media manager that also writes captions, schedules posts and replies to comments and DMs through each platform’s official API.
What the post generator makes
The launch library has 40 templates in eight industry categories. Each template has fixed slots: hook, subhook, body, CTA, logo, photo, background and palette.
| Format | Ratio | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Single image | 1:1 and 4:5 | feed posts |
| Carousel | 4:5, up to 10 slides | multi-slide posts |
| Story or reel cover | 9:16 | stories, reels, short video covers |
| Thumbnail | 16:9 | video thumbnails |
Instagram receives JPEG files, because Instagram accepts only JPEG images through its API. Previews in the app use a lighter format. You can see every layout in the post template library before you connect an account.
How a post is generated
- You enter a topic or brief, the target platform and the number of slides.
- Voxpanda suggests 3 hooks from the hook bank, sorted by performance score.
- You choose a hook. On the higher autopilot levels, the AI can choose it for you.
- The AI fills each template slot within that slot’s maximum length.
- The background comes from your upload, your brand asset library, or an AI-generated image.
- Voxpanda renders the image and runs two automatic checks.
- You preview the post, edit any slot directly, approve it and schedule it.
The hooks in step 2 come from the hook bank with per-brand scores, so the opening line is based on what has worked for your account, once your posts have enough data.
Text checks: overflow and contrast
Every render is checked for text overflow and for contrast before it can be approved.
- Overflow. Voxpanda measures whether text runs outside its box. It does not estimate from character counts.
- Contrast. Text must reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
If a check fails, the slot is shortened automatically once. If it still fails, the post is flagged for you to edit. Clipped or unreadable text is not sent to the scheduler without your edit.
Text is set by the template, not the image model
AI images are used only for backgrounds and photos. The hook, body and CTA are rendered by the template, so spelling, fonts and language stay correct in English and Indonesian. Every AI image prompt includes “no text”.
This keeps product names, prices and calls to action exactly as you wrote them or as the AI wrote them in the slot, where you can still edit them.
Brand kit from your website
Voxpanda can extract a brand kit from your website during onboarding, and you can edit it at any time.
A brand kit holds:
- 5 base colors
- 2 fonts, self-hosted under the OFL license
- your logo
- your photo style
Every template reads the brand kit, so a carousel, a story cover and a thumbnail share the same colors and fonts without manual setup. Custom brand templates are available on the Pro plan, and the template editor on the Agency plan. Each plan’s monthly AI image quota is listed in the plan quota table.
After the image is ready
The approved image moves to captions and scheduling. Voxpanda writes a separate caption for each platform, checks it against that platform’s character limit, and queues the post. If a visitor later asks a question under the post that your sources cannot answer, the question goes to your WhatsApp.

Questions
Does the AI image model write the text on my post?
No. Text is always rendered by the template, so spelling, font and language stay correct. AI images are used only for backgrounds and photos, and every image prompt asks for no text.
Can Voxpanda build a brand kit from my website?
Yes. Voxpanda can extract your colors, fonts and logo from your website during onboarding. You can edit every value afterwards.
What happens if a headline is too long for the template?
Voxpanda shortens the slot once automatically. If the text still does not fit, the post is flagged for you to edit before it can be approved.
How is this different from a design tool with AI?
A design tool waits for you to fill each layout. Voxpanda fills the template from a hook and a brief, checks the result, and passes it to the scheduler as part of an AI social media manager.
Do template renders count toward my AI image quota?
No. A template rendered without an AI-generated image does not use the AI image quota. Background images made by AI do.
